I have been making these waffles since I can remember. And not without reason!
These waffles are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside – perfect. They are very easy to make, and it only takes a few minutes to put together the batter. They are just PERFECT on a Saturday morning, where you wake up a bit late and crave something delicious and easy to start the day off with!

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons
baking powder
2 teaspoons
white sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs
3-4
tablespoons vegetable oil (or butter)
1 teaspoon
vanilla sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat
your waffle iron.
In a large
bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients.
Add butter/oil, eggs, milk and mix
well. The batter should be smooth and runny
Brush the
waffle iron with butter or vegetable oil so the waffles don’t stick to the
iron. Pour the mix into the iron and let it cook until the waffle is golden
brown.
Serve with
syrup, butter, jam, fruit, a scoop of ice cream or whatever you like. Enjoy!
