Spicy Potatoes with Onions and Tomatoes Recipe

A dish that'll surely impress with all its flavours, whether it's for your family, friends or just yourself! :) It doesn't take so long time to make, tastes absolutely delicious and its not expensive either. It goes very well with other main dishes like rice

Ingredients:

4-5 boiled potatos (not boiled to the point where they are too soft and breaks easily)
2 onions
2 tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp curry
1 tsp oregano
cumin seeds (optional)
butter/oil for the pan

Instructions:

Let the butter melt/pour oil into a pan.

Chop the onions, and put them into the pan.

Chop the cloves of garlic and the potatoes. Put them into the pan when the onions have gotten a nice golden color.

Add salt, pepper and the rest of the spices (and other spices if you want).
Wait a few minutes, but still keep an eye on it, so it doesn't burn

Slice the potatoes, so your "potato rings" are about one cm thick. Add it to the pan and carefully mix it all together.
Wait a few minutes, and then turn off the heat.

Serve with tatziki, just yoghurt, pesto or anything that you like :)

Done. Easy right?

Delicious and Easy Waffle Recipe

I have been making these waffles since I can remember. And not without reason!
These waffles are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside – perfect. They are very easy to make, and it only takes a few minutes to put together the batter. They are just PERFECT on a Saturday morning, where you wake up a bit late and crave something delicious and easy to start the day off with!

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil (or butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
½  teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat your waffle iron.

In a large bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients.

Add butter/oil, eggs, milk and mix well. The batter should be smooth and runny

Brush the waffle iron with butter or vegetable oil so the waffles don’t stick to the iron. Pour the mix into the iron and let it cook until the waffle is golden brown.

Serve with syrup, butter, jam, fruit, a scoop of ice cream or whatever you like. Enjoy!
